Ria and Kevol Graham built an immersive Williamsburg destination where traditional spices meet strikingly contemporary plating, right down to an underground Champagne Room colored like the Caribbean sea. Ackee and saltfish shumai, oxtail flatbread, sofrito roast chicken with sorrel jerk sauce and biang biang rasta noodles headline the menu, while bottomless brunches, a daily Koko Hour and late night dancing carry the room until three in the morning.
